Sangiovese has a ruby ​​red color, purple in young wines and tending to garnet with aging.

The wines have a good structure and a great body.

Sangiovese has a fruity bouquet on the nose, where violet, black cherry and blackberry stand out.

In wines aged in wood, aromas of vanilla and licorice emerge, and in wines with long aging we can also recognize tobacco and chocolate.

On the palate it stands out for its pleasant acid note, and for its tannin content.

It is a wine with a good alcohol content, and a very good persistence with hints of red fruit.
